7. Data and Privacy

Questions submitted to this Tool are processed by a third-party AI service (Anthropic Claude API) to generate responses. We do not store or log your questions beyond what is necessary for rate limiting and service operation. Do not submit personally identifiable information, client details, or sensitive business information through this Tool.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
